I just glad our 02 greys are rare So far unless they make more it was the only year for them.

I think the front lower air damn is smaller than a 02's.

Wonder if that is a effort to slow us HD's down.

 

i'm almost sure its bigger! its probably just the silver with black grille that's messin ya up, but look at the 02 vs the 03. On the 02 and prior, the lower valance goes up towards the lower grille, whereas on the 03, it goes straigt across from foglight to foglight. I think they got tired of designing the rest of the truck and just did a flat valance with few curves .
the lower grille itself looks the same size though if not bigger wehn you compare their sizes to the uppers.

Look at the side view it looks smaller.( The one with the dude and chick looking at the front of the truck.)

Plus with the lower grille being lower, it blocks more air that could find its way to the intercoller.


I guess we will know for sure when they come out.

i'm thinking it just looks smaller cuz it doesn't curve up in the middle like the 00/01/02 styles do. To me it looks bigger cuz its just straight across. I'll post a side by side pic 2morrow of a 02 and 03 side by side so it'll be easier to tell. i doubt its in any attempt to make it slower. if anything they are trying to get more air in there with the way it slopes up into the lower grille?
looking closely at the pics, you can almost count the # of lower grille bars and it looks the same to me

I wouldn't recommend buying a Ford from a dealer in Phoenix, AZ.... (the one just off the North interstate on the Scottsdale Road.. just up from the Best Western Bell Hotel, North Black Canyon Highway)) they were so lousy they wouldn't even give me a bl**dy brochure to bring back home to Australia when I was travelling through there in June this year..... said he didn't have any and then his mate brought him undone.....! Tight as a fish's ar*ehole! So what sort of deal will you get....?
