Gee, what a suprise, more bad luck
Harley # 356,
"Just" two issues doesn't sound too bad. However, I have much more than "just" two issues and have spent too much time in service due to them and they are not fixed yet.
Fixing might be free, but my time is to me more valuable than any money, and if I would charge Ford at same rate that I charge my clients they would be owing me quite a nice sum for time that I wasted instead of puting in billable hours for clients. I did pay Ford for their labor, materials, and other expenses, and they did not deliver what I paid for. Terms of sale are "100% of money for 100% of goods", not "100% of money for not quite 100% of goods, and of by the way...".

i agree w/ ya 100% zorac. you should get what you pay for and there shouldn't be any quality issues. all i was saying that i was happy with the quality of mine despite 2 small problems. good luck getting everything fixed
Harley # 356, I hear what you say all along. I am glad you are satisfied and I am sure (hope) you do know I was not trying to say you should be disatisfied. I envy you on small number of actual issues with the truck, and I share the pain when it comes to service because I am experiencing that too at same time, which just ads insult to injury, or rubs salt in the wound, depending on day.
