Post Need a Head Count For The Toronto Trip

Hey Guys/Gals,

Okay, I just got back from a Ford Ownership Meeting, and I had a chance to talk to one of the Ford Reps. I posed the idea about taking a trip to the Oakville, Ontario plant to take a tour. He said it was a great idea, and would like to know how many people we should be expecting. I would also be inviting the Lightning owners to attend too, because they are also assembled in that plant. Any objections? So use this post to tell me a head count and some suggestions on when we should book this for. I am thinking along the lines of late June. I will find out more when I can get a tenative head count. Thanks,

Mike

Tattoocat,

I'll see what I can do. Great to have you aboard. Anybody have any reason why that week in July would not be OK? The date is not set yet, I just need a tennative date when I get back in touch with the Ford Rep. Anybody have a problem with a date between the 15th thru the 23rd of JULY? Also, is it safe to assume that we would prefer a weekend tour if at all possible? Let me know, I will try to arrange it to suit the masses.
Drop me an e-mail or utilize this thread.

Thanks,

Mike

Cindy,

Great to have you (and your truck) aboard. The idea on the board seemed to be "fizzling" out, and I was very animate about the fact that I wanted this to happen. So, I could use your help for part of this. Could you please drop me an e-mail, so we can discuss some items?

Thanks in advance,

Mike (Loggybayou@Aol.com)

hi all
back from florida to the great frozen north yuk: anyway i'm in for a cruise to oakville almost anytime. added an airraid and super chip in florida. wow awesome !! and to think about the money and time i used to spend tearing apart good engines to get the same 40 or 50 h.p.and now some computer nerd and a couple of hours work does the job. best part is that i did not lose fuel efficiency towing my trailer, bike and junk and had more scoot in the mountains in west virginia. anyway my email address is : glhholdings@sympatico.ca i,ll look forward to hearing from someone.

Is this open for owners of reg F150's? If so, it sounds cool! I was planning a trip to Toronto this summer anyway.

Please let me know.

Thanks.
