Dave,
One thing ya might wanna try to do, is have some specialties guys show up one of the days with their project trucks and/or a vendor or two. Maybe even send out some emails/other message boards to the ford truck ring web ring, and then there's always newsgroups, I'm sure there's a few automobile newsgroups out there. Could probably get a 100+ turn out

Al

Thinking about going to this one. Might bring my brother; he tints windows and could make everyone a helluva deal if he can make it.

Yes, my brother will tint as DARK as you want. SS97Ford, what's up with the two tone?! IT'S GARBAGE!!! Ha-ha-ha! I don't want to be a butt, but if my brother comes, he'll most likely want to limit his tinting to late model Ford pickups. Makes it possible for him to get everybody who's interested (some vehicles are very time consuming). We'll play it by ear, though.

Cool

Sean that was cruel, I would kill for some smokey J's right about now. Well I guess I'll have to settle for Fried Turkey tomarrow.

I like the interest in this rally so far. Dave that Sub Hotel sounds good to me.

Question

Fordman, Are we talking about "2 tone PAINT" or are you talking about "2 tone TINT" ???
As for keeping the tinting to "Late Model Fords", you sound like you think I don't have one. I own a 97, did you see the pic.?? You are confusing me w/these posts of yours.... Help me out brutha !
What the Heck are you talking about ?

Mumbly, I'm sorry.... First time I have had smokey J's since the rally. But if you remember, I didn't exactly get too much of it then ! LOL

We'll get some next time you're in town ! Or I can pick up a few pounds & bring it w/me when we come to dallas !

See my Late Model Ford Truck here FORDman ??

SS97Ford, by late model, I mean '97 and newer. By virtue of their dot matrix pattern on the windows (that black border), it makes it easier to tint and a little quicker to accomplish so that everyone who's interested can be taken care of. The '96 and earlier Ford pickups don't have the dot matrix and are a little more time consuming to cut out, etc. By two tone, I'm talking about the paint.
