I think grizzstang is right, I think we are at 7, so one more would put us over.

O.K. , I'm in.....

Just ordered my efan kit on the group buy, so I guess we've hit the magic number if the existing count is right.

She wouldn't or couldn't tell me if I was #8 but did tell me that it would ship next Wednesday so I suppose everyone else's will go out before or at the same time.

I hope that we have the eight orders in now and Troyers can get these all boxed up and ready to go. I am looking foward to getting the fans installed and picking up a little more power/ mpg.

We should have 9 orders in now and that is just the people that have posted and let everyone know they have ordered. There may be others that just ordered and kept it to themselves. I am looking forward to getting mine so I am glad we have made the magic number.

90 bucks is 90 bucks. If you can keep it and not spend it why wouldn't you? I assume that everyone who ordered was looking at getting these things at some point anyway and didn't buy them just because they were marked down and they can't resist a sale lol. For me I could either keep debating on the electric fans or pull the trigger now and save 40 bucks. That coupled with the fact that Troyer is going to raise the price on these kits in the near future means acting now is an even better idea.

For me at least any time I can get what I want and save some money it is worth it.

Forgive me moderators if......

this is in the wrong forum, but I thought this would be a good place to ask referencing this group buy. :o

From what I gathered searching the forums it appears that the Troyer efan setup does not have instructions/wiring diagrams for manual override switches. Does anyone know where I can find such an animal as I would like to do this mod as a fail safe on my system when I set it up. Just thought i'd ask ahead of time.

Thanks in advance

^^^ Me too.

I think there are quite a few guys that have done this, JMC springs to mind, maybe one of them could walk us through it.

I don't see anything in the Tech section so maybe a new thread?

You can expect to hear them when they are on, more so when both are spinning. The one on my Mustang can be heard over the motor (302 with headers) but I don't find it too bad. Every car I ever had with a factory electric fan was more or less the same.
