Ha, ha, ha. Sensitive...I have a 4.2 and I know it's slow. So I don't talk about my engine that much. But the Lightning guys seem to be sensitive when they blow up their engines. j/k.

 

01 XLT Sport, you should read the manual.
Every 4.2L left the factory with a potato in the glovebox.
The instructions state:
In case of Street race with Triton V8, distract driver while buddy inserts potato into exhaust pipe.

I had to toss the potato to make room for my portable air compressor. You see after I beat the guy in a race and take his money I then inform him about my portable air compressor and that I "only" charge $10 a tire to air them up.

I tell him he should have bought "run flat" tires...



The other good thing about letting the air out of the 5.4 guys tires is, if he figures it out before you race and wants to kick your AS*, well I say "good luck catching me..."

 

I did'nt get a free tater in my glove box! I've been screwed! I'm going back to the dealer and raise some hell! I'm gonna tell that s.o.b that I want my tater and I want it now! I should'nt be treated like this!

If you bought your truck under the X-plan then they remove the tator as a cost saving measure. Them tators ain't cheap you know...

 

When I went to get my door crack fixed the dealer saw that I had replaced my factory potato with a bag of chips; now the jerks won't cover the repair!!

Will these mods put me in the xx.s? Followed by a 'wish list' of parts. If everyone agrees, then all you have to do is mod your sig to show '1/4 = xx.s' and list the parts as 'on order'.
