I think the point is, she's the niece of the pResident, granddaughter of a former President, and the daughter of a Governor and she's got a major drug problem. Whatever happened to "family values?" Sure didn't work in this case.
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- A judge ruled Monday that staff members at the drug rehab center where Gov. Jeb Bush's daughter is receiving treatment do not have to answer police questions about a piece of crack allegedly found in her shoe.
In a case closely watched by drug counselors around the country, Circuit Judge Belvin Perry ruled that the federal law protecting patients' privacy outweighs the interest of police in pursuing a criminal investigation of 25-year-old Noelle Bush.
If the drug treatment counselors were forced to give testimony, then ``all patients who suffer relapses could be hauled out of treatment programs and into criminal courts on the whim of a state prosecutor or police officers,'' the judge wrote.
Prosecutor Jeff Ashton said he will appeal.

If that's not buying a night in the White House, I don't know what else you'd call it. Just another case of the pot calling the kettle black. LOL. If he said it, it would come out, "Just another case of, well, we have a saying in Texas, that the kettle is black and so is the pot or was it the pan?"

Selling Lincoln bedroom disrespectful
By HELEN THOMAS
HEARST NEWSPAPERS
WASHINGTON --
<Snipped>
During the 2000 presidential campaign, George W. Bush sanctimoniously accused Clinton of "virtually renting out the Lincoln bedroom to big campaign donors." He condemned the use of the "hallowed" chamber for political payoffs.
Often, however, once a candidate wins the White House, he soon begins to savor the perks his predecessors enjoyed.
Last month it was disclosed that Bush and his wife Laura have hosted about 160 guests at the White House so far. But a White House spokeswoman refused to say how many had tried the Lincoln bed in the hallowed room.
Bush's guests included some of his biggest donors or fundraisers, known as pioneers, and their families. Each had raised or contributed at least $100,000 for the Bush presidential campaign.
The Bush celebrity guest list included country singer Larry Gatlin, songwriter Kinky Friedman and golfer Ben Crenshaw.

When the candidates campaign on family values, one would expect that their own results would show positive results. Jeb's daughter and son have both been in trouble with the police. George Jr.'s daughters have both been in trouble with the cops. George Sr's son George Jr., has also been in trouble with the cops, having been arrested for drunken driving. Want me to post a link to his arrest record?
Family values? Sounds more like Republican hypocrisy to me. Don't forget the hypocrisy of of a former Republican Presidential candidate, Pat Robertson! Turns out that his Christian values, family values, and ad nauseum pontificating before and during his campaign was having premarital sex and got his future wife pregnant. Maybe it was both Christian AND Republcian hypocrisy in this case.

...but, F, it's another glaring example of how much of a hypocrite your pResident is!
If he's that much of a hypocrite, how can you continue to trust him? He says one thing and does another. He criticizes Clinton and ends up doing the exact same thing, but at a much higher rate!
Republican Hypocrisy is what it is!
He's got you so bamboozled, you just can't see it. You probably don't even notice that he's bumbling his way through the presidency.BTW, who was talking about election fraud? You were just trying your typical Republican diversionary tactics, weren't ya?

Aren't ya glad? Keep up the assault and I'll keep posting more and more about what your leader is doing, or rather, attempting to do. Nah, make that bumbling.
There are not just dozens of examples that I can post, but HUNDREDS that I have found in just one evening, and he hasn't even been in office all that much!

Nope, don't have kids, however I'm listed as the guardian for 3 kids in their parents' wills.
I can tell you about me. While I was growing up, I never had a curfew and I had my own car in high school. I never gave my parents any reason to not trust me. I never got arrested. I never smoked or drank (until I was 18 and in college and it was legal for me to drink). Still don't smoke. Never even tried. Doesn't take much brains to know that smoking is nasty.
When I was in the second grade, I po'd my teacher when I corrected her. She made a mistake and I caught it. I got sent to the office and I learned a valuable lesson. Autocrats are unfair and unreasonable. Even though I was 100% right, I was still wrong. She sent be back to the first grade for a day because my writing was terrible. My writing is still terrible. She was a terrible teacher! I had a long talk with my mom about the correction incident and the bottom line was that I learned that I should have corrected the teacher in private. Geeze, Louise! I was only 7 years old!
In the 8th grade, I was accused of doing something I didn't. I told the teacher I was going to the principal to get this straightened out. She backed down.
Years later, I drove by the school and noticed that the year I went to kindergarten was the year the school was first opened. Never realized it was a brand new scchool. Guess at 5 years old, I was more interested in the building blocks.
In college, I went to look at a new condominium project. I parked on the street. When I got back, I was tagged. Went to court and contested my case saying the sign was obscured, bent over and twisted, and the construction debris obscured the painted curb and anybody in the driver's seat wouldn't be able to see the red paint. Took pictures. Won the case.
A few years ago, NOAA wanted to setup a sanctuary around my county. We didn't think it was right. If we had to have it, it needs to be statewide and we needed representation on the advisory board. NOAA refused to listen to us. Called my district's US Representative to Congress and set up a meeting with her. She flew in, I got a few people together and we told her what was going on. By the end of the month, NOAA contacted us and started listening and actually incorporated most of what we were saying. The result? We now have a sanctuary that's statewide and not much of a hinderance to recreational and commercial users while still offering more protection and enforcement. Neither of which we had a problem with. NOAA finally realized that we were being reasonable and logical. We were able to come to a comfortable compromise with the conservationists. On the other hand, I will never buy a PUR water filter because of Dr. Sylvia Earl. Man, what a b!tch!! Wouldn't compromise no matter what!
Testified before a committee and went toe to toe with the state's Attorney General with postitive results.
I participate in community work days where we pick up litter. Participate in drift and bag it days where we go to the beaches and into the ocean to collect and bag trash which includes anything that's plastic. Every year, we collect tons of plastics out of the ocean. The upshot is, we are seeing more and more endangered turtles nesting. You see, turtles eat plastics and it ends up causing them to starve and suffer from diseases. We take the plastics out of the ocean and they are starting to thrive again.
I support several local charities including a shelter for battered women and children.
I try to help people who are down. If they take advantage, they get no more help.
I retired before I was 40. Owned and ran a chain of stores and employed over 200 people year round. We were non-union. My employees didn't want a union because I gave them better than union wages and benefits. All I asked is that they work hard and be loyal to the business and me. I only had 3 employees arrested for stealing and embezzling in all the years.
As I said in a previous post, I didn't get drafted. I have served my community in other ways.
What's your record, F? Mine shows that I know the difference between right and wrong and I'm not afraid to fight for what I know. My record also shows that even though I did not serve in the military, I continue to serve my community.
Oh yeah. I make it a point to buy products made in North America and products made in the USA are at the top of the list regardless of price. In my own insignificant way, I try to do all I can to support the US worker. Hopefully, more and more people will do their part to help get the trade deficit back in balance.

DAMN Dennis,
You remind me of Bill O'Realy (might be spelled wrong) on the FOX channel. I love that guy he is truly independant. I know this because some nights I am "go get him Bill" other nights he has me really pissed off, and others he gives me something to really think about.
That's why you remind me of him. I don't care what people say about Bill he is not republican, or democrate, liberal, or conseritive. To him it just depends on the issue.
Your last post was pretty good. I hope you never got the impression from me that if someone did not serve in the military then they were not as good as those that did. I did serve in the military and it was my choice. Those that dont serve in the military I have no problem with. I am no better, or worse then they.
So Dennis just when you have me thinking you are hard core liberal you go and screw it up
. hell that ain't no fun, can't have good knock down debates here when you go and do that...
Oh, and it's the P thats a capital not the R, liberals and school???

I really couldn't care less what you have/have not done in the past. Your last novel of a post could be full of BS, just like your other ones are. Still waiting on election fraud.......
P.S. Saw where Torricelli had to bow out of the race. My heart bleeds. One of the biggest Communist/Leninists in the Democratic party. lol.
