Talking My 99 ex cab lariat is on a ship and on its way

Good news !!! My most recent purchase a 99 ex cab flareside is on its way to Scotland. Cant wait to get it here. Counting the days( 37 to go). Then its the 22% Import tax plus the 17.5% VAT value added tax (something like sales tax). Then all the department of transport tests. Then its mine all mine. Sure is expensive being in love with the best truck on the planet

Wow! You really gotta love something to go through the costs and the problems like you have to.

Can't wait to hear what it's like to drive an F-150 there.

Congratulations Glen,

I know what your going thru.
37 days is a long time if you are waiting for something.

I still can remember the day when I drove up the dealership's lot.
There she was, a beautifull truck.
I was in love and still am.

Hope to see your truck soon in the European Truck Gallery.

Thanks everyone for the replies. This is my 3rd and I'm sure not my last. These thinks really turn heads here. The closest you get to the f150 is one of those pieces of crap built in japan. Is there no contest or what.

Make sure to get some Type-R Decals then it would really be one of a kind. You can tell them its a special edition!

Wink

21 days to go.

Glen , you must be happy your truck hasn,t arrived yet.
You have had some pretty rough seas out there in the UK area, lately.

IS your truck shipped in a container ?

Truck should have arrived by now.

Glen, can you give us an update.

Has your truck arrived yet.

Haven't seen landshark3 for a while maybe he is driving his truck 24 hours a day. Perhaps he's sleeping in it as well.
