power tool: Chainsaw ---> maximum damage fast
hand tool: craftsman wrenches ---> dropping one of those on the garage floor while working on the car sounds cool

Gotta have the ziz wheel.

And a 3 foot screwdriver that you use for a screwdriver, prybar, weapon, fence post or anything.

Is that when I'm in there or not?

Power tools? There once was this time when I needed to change the shocks on my 71 Chevrolet Impala. Well I broke out my sparkling new 250 piece Craftsman tool set. My neighbor Tom asked if I wanted to use his air compressor and impact wrench. I said no way, I've got my new tool set.

So as I was struggling underneath the car, two feet on the wall pushing hard while using a cheater bar over the ratchet end, I could see Tom firing up the compressor and rolling out the hose. Before long he was standing above me. I looked up and he said "I believe you need this size socket" with the air wrench in hand. Zip zip, both sides were done in seconds :o

Power tool: Campbell-Hausefield air impact wrench (I'm telling you - once you use one, you won't be satisfied using anything else!)

Hand Tool: Any/all Craftsman hand tools. Just cleaned out the tool box on Tuesday (got a new one!) and threw out everything that wasn't a Craftsman that I had been given over the past 10 years. My ex just never figured out that when I said I'd like to have a new set of sockets, etc, I was telling her in no uncertain terms to go to Sears and buy Craftsman!

(Hint to the wives: Buy Craftsman tools and he'll hang on to them for life. By something else and he might not hang on to you! )

I have to run up to the house for more beer, but my favorite hand tool is anything I can find to pry the caps from the longnecks.

Favorite Power Tool: Air compressor 'cause it powers all my Chicago Pneumatic tools.

Hand Tool: Hammer. There's nothing you can't fix if you've got a hammer, a gallon of gas, and a match. So said one of my Ag Engineering profs when talking about small gas engines.
