back after 2 years

Whats up guys. Back in here after 2 years. Sold my 03 crew cab 2 years ago and have regretted it ever since. I loved that truck. Lowered on 20s, full exhaust, clean *** truck. Head turner.

Was driving an 04 Audi A4 with the 1.8 turbo and now I'm driving an 05 Subaru Legacy wagon with the 2.5 N/A. I miss being in a Ford. Not necessarily wanting to get back into an F150, but I'm a Ford guy and need to get back in one. Thinking of selling my Subaru (probably can get $9k-$10k) and seeing what I may get.

I love the Flex but thats obviously out of my price range. I'm thinking about an 05 or 06 Explorer with 4WD. Need AWD or 4WD living here in Oregon now. Anyway, just wanted to stop by and say whats up and miss being a part of this forum! Good guys on here.

If people dont remember me, here was my ride. I spent countless hours on here making that truck look the exact way I wanted it.

Good to hear from you. Don't you hate it when you miss a special vehicle.

Welcome back. It would be more official if you had a "ford"
we had an A6 with the 2.7T... rode real comfy, plenty of power and handled great. Only 60k on it when we traded it for a ford edge. The A6 had a serious oil leak at the turbo's (started at 35k, leaked and burnt 2 qt's between changes), was starting to shift a bit funny (auto), was plagued with weird electrical problems, plastic trim parts were literally falling off on the interior at random and was going through tires every 10 months. Got sick of that thing and knew expensive fixes were just around the corner. Don't think I'll every buy another one.

That thing was super clean love the whole front end.

Probably has a bunch of cheap, ghetto mods on it now . . . such a shame

Yeah the Audi's are definetely nice cars, but they have so many issues and are expensive to upkeep. Electrical problems for sure! I went through 2 window motors and a seat motor. The tranny computer actually failed and would have been about a 3k fix, but luckily the car was still covered under warranty. I'll never own an Audi again either. It was a quick fun car to drive and got good MPG's considering how I drove it, but the car itself was not the most comfortable. Very stiff seats. It was better than the Subaru im driving now. This car is horribly uncomfortable. Another reason why I'm considering getting rid of it. I'm a truck/SUV guy and need to get back in one soon. Looking at 05 or 06 Explorer 4WD. Dont need a V8 anymore. Just gas is the only thing holding me back. I'm getting 25-30 in the subaru depending on how im driving, and I'm sure I wont get even 20 in a 4.0 Explorer.

Im living in Portland. Tigard to be exact. Love it here. Been living here for 4 months.

Thanks man. I loved it too. I would actually say that he crashed and totalled the truck within 6 months-1 yr of driving it. Such a shame is right.

This is my ride. Never owned a subaru before. I'm not really sold on it. Its AWD so its sticks to the wet oregon roads nicely, but the car is just not comfortable to drive. I'm considering getting rid of it and getting into an Explorer.
