Think they are supposed to have poff on their head, tail, and paws for "show"

Thanks for your posts! He is a Persian, and his fur is very fine, and thick. After it gets so long, he starts to get fur *****. So, about twice a year his vet shaves him. He just leaves his fur long on his head, and tail, and sometimes his feet.
