The End of an Era

Yep. I traded my truck in and pulled the trigger on a 2014 Focus ST w/ the full ST3 package. I've been debating it for a little while now. Loving the turbo 4 banger and 6 speed tranny and also the smaller, more gas saving size. Hopefully, the truck goes to a caring owner. Maybe I'll get another one in a couple of years. Farewell, ol' friend. - Og

Forgot about an engine shot, but you'll only see a plastic cover probably. I'll get one up soon. - Og

Nice grocery-getter

Boy, did ol' Homer lay on the gratuitous advertising on the rear end... lol

Good luck - that's a sweet ride. Drove one - handles like a go cart with some Pilot Sports on it.

Cheers

Whuh?!?! You went from looking at front ends to selling it and getting a car? What fueled this decision, gas? I love those STs though, so congrats!

Thanks guys. Yep, the decision was bittersweet, but I got a funny feeling I'll have another F150 in the future. You stick with what you know. - Og

All that advertising crap is coming off as soon as the weather clears. You know how we do. - Og

I Thought you already has a hopped up Focus. This is just a hiccup, you'll be back with a truck.

This will make my 3rd Focus or Foci(?). About getting another truck? I think you're correct, sir. - Og

You will be missed, the focus looks pretty nice. Need to lower it though...I just couldnt get past the dash, I hate the ford "global" car dashes. Escape is horrible. Other than that it's a nice looking car.

Looks good Og! I wouldn't mind one of those as a toy once the truck get's paid off.

I've come to the realization that I could never ever be without a truck. I have too many toys and too many projects to haul around to not have something to tow or haul them with.

That being said I will certainty be getting an additional vehicle to toy around with =) and get better gas mileage.

My GF's brother just got the same vehicle and it is pretty fast I must admit but it ain't no Mustang that you could get for the same kind of money as that thing

Many happy miles and come back to visit us soon =)
