John Travolta lives about 30 mins away from me. He is a pilot so every so often you will hear him over UNICOM, you can't miss his 707's callsign

 

I live in San Diego and am in LA/Malibu frequently visiting friends and family so I see famous people all the time.

I live in a small surf town known as Encinitas. Off the top of my head, famous people who live here that I know of are Rob Machado, Andre Aggasi, Jack Johnson, Aaron Rogers, rumors are Adam Sandler lives here but Ive never seen him, LT, and many more just cant think of them.

I am so jealous of you guys that live by the Swamp People! Love that show so much!!

Grew up (lived on the same street) with the Executive Producer of "Touch" on Fox. She also produced "Hawaii 5-0" until she went onto Touch. She's been in Hollywierd for quite some time now as an actor, writer, and producer.

 

Not sure if he still lives there as such but Sean Bean from Game of Thrones is from just down the road from me. There are a few football (soccer) players too but non that anybody would recognise.

 

I'm right up from Malibu. Tons of celebs out here!

 

Eddie Murphy kind of lives near me. He lives up in northern NJ and I'm in Central Jersey. I have never seen him around....

I ran in to Hershel Walker in the Atlanta airport and talked with him for about 10 minutes - super nice guy (the guy is frickin' HUGE). He bought me a coke at the Nathan's Hot Dog stand as we started off in line together and then realized that we were on the same flight to SeaTac. He sat in 1st Class -- I sat in bitch class. HA!

Also, flew on a private jet with Rick Pitino (back when he coached Kentucky)... That was a neat trip. There were only three of us on the jet and he and I talked college basketball the entire trip from Lexington, KY to somewhere in Pennsylvania (he was going on a scouting trip).

Sat next to Wild Bill (motorcycle builder) on a Southwest flight out of Louisville... he carried all of his clothes in a Wal-Mart bag -- said he hated luggage. HA!

Was about 2 minutes late on meeting Jack Roush in Madisonville, KY when he was in testing an engine with Don Bowles -- he tests a LOT of stuff at Don's shop -- Madisonville is my home town.

 

What has this place become?
