Any corn farmers here? I have a question.

Okay my wifes garden has about two small rows of corn and 8 stalks per row.
Today I went out to water her garden and the corn stalks are bent over from the stem and laying on the ground? Now I should explain its been close to 2 months with very little rain if any. What should I do to bring the corns back to life?

I seen corn fields near as far as the eye can see any they're doing just great tall and strong looking. What are we doing wrong?

Raccoon's will do that kind of damage.

Pull the stalk down, take a couple of bites off the ear, then pull the next one down, etc, etc.......

Clearly you didn't read the first sentence where I said I went out to water them.

Check the roots for root worm and the stalks for corn bore.....two insects that can reak havoc in a small garden....as previously stated could also be a racoon....
