Except for the tires and wheels, my first ride looked almost exactly like this. No pics of it were ever taken. It wasn't like we were running around with cellphone cameras in the 80's. It never really occurred to me to take pictures of my cars back then. I think my Lightning was the first vehicle I ever took pics of.
The 350's weren't even born yet, it had a 327 cu. inch.

My first truck. My actual first ride was a 1954 Ford coupe. No pic on this computer.

May 10th 1966 this GTO was delivered after ordering it a month earlier, wish I would have kept this one!
pic taken in 1968, this was my first new car that I ordered at 18 yrs. old. Lucky I didn't kill myself in it!

Nice. My parents had a 64 Impala SS they traded in on a 1968 Opel Cadette Sport in 1967. My mother learned to drive a opel with stick while pregnant with me.
Here is my 1st, a 1969 Mach One. I bought it May 14, 1990. Still have it today. It's not mint, but it looks good driving and good enough I still put it in car shows. It has been a great car. All I have replaced on it since owning is brakes, front end components, shocks, tires and a new Flowmaster exhaust system....everything else was as is the day I bought it. The Vette in one of the pics is mine too, owned it since 1998.
I can't seem to figure out how to attach the pics here. Adding album under my name
