Whats a good website to book a Vegas Trip
well after going to travelocity ( RIP OFF) and about 6 other sites i found the best deal with american airlines.. $1100 dollars for 3 people,2 Nonstop flights from dfw to vegas for 2 nights in vegas (circus circus)
Anyone every stayed @ the Circus Circus? I have read mixed reviews but it was alot cheaper than other hotels and like i told the wife, its not like we are staying at the hotel for a long time.. Just a quick nap and back to the strip
. Our last trip to vegas we stayed in the Bellagio and it was super nice... Im not expecting the circus circus to be anything like the bellagio.

Never stayed at Circus Circus, but it is not on the strip and not nearly as good a location as being on the strip.
FWIW, they do have an indoor amusement park. Took the kids there once and had a decent time. Personally, I'd pay the higher room rates and stay on the strip.
One of my friends is going to Vegas next week. Can't remember where he is staying - one of the cheaper places on the strip. He got a good deal by booking direct with the hotel, then watching whenever they changed their asking rates on their website. The posted prices would fluctuate A LOT. Whenever they would drop, he would call and request the new rate, which they would give him. Took some effort but I think he's down to $130/night.

Went to Vegas last summer, did a quick run through of circus circus and I thought it was horrible. Just my 2 cents.
P.S.
My aunt stayed there once and told me the pool was a nasty green, said they left right then.

same trip is $1450 on jetblue and they have connecting flights where as our package is non stop dfw to vegas then vegas to dfw coming back.
I usually just stay off the strip, we stay at hooters usually just because its cheap, nothing nice but when only us the room for a nap in the morning not worth spending the $$$ on something nice lol.
I rented a room there a couple of years ago off hotwire for 60 bucks and I got a suite. Cant remember witch casino been there so many times. Hotwire is a gamble sometimes I've gotten super good deals. Got a room at the hyatt in San Diego super nice hotel for 110 bucks a night a few years ago.. I like hotwire for rooms and rental cars. Dont think I've ever used it for air fare.
I have been looking at Vegas vacations for my honeymoon for the last couple weeks. I've looked at kayak.com, orbitz, expedia, hotwire, etc. I looked into going directly though the hotels and found the best package deal through www.lasvegas.com. I just booked 6 nights at the Luxor (tower deluxe room) plus 2 tickets to the Zumanity Cirque du Soleil show for well under $700. We will be driving in, so no airfare needed for us. Airfare is available through that site as well however.
