I wonder who was the person filming it, was he involved or just somebody who happened along and had a camera handy. It would be interesting to see more of the video so as to see how the immediate aftermath played out.

From what I have seen the guy doing the filming just happened to see the two guys revving there motors up and started recording them with his phone.
