Lowered Trucks?
How would more clearance help a truck that never leaves the pavement?
I go offroad, just not muddin:

Yep. Tires, fender liner and quarter panel.

OK. Most of those, I consider more a work of art. Similar to those with the huge lifts. Both are a bit extreme to be highly functional. However Patman's truck is almost that low and he ises it like a truck. Keep in mind that one lowered a little handles better than stock. Just the small amount of lowering I did really helped handling.

When I went from pick-up truck to SUV 3 years ago, one of my big problems was always bottoming out when I was offroad. The logging roads up at the hunting camp and the humps in the fields always got under the SUV. I love the fact that my F150 Offroad can cruise through the woods without being close to bottoming out.
Plus, when I put the boat on the back or load the bed with dirt or mulch, the truck isn't sitting on the tires.
All the stuff I got the truck for.

That truck looks bagged. Notice it is slammed when parked. Bagged trucks ride at a normal ride height and have greatly increased towing capacity, therefore making them better than standard trucks.
