Yeah, Gary Bettman finally ran out of tactics to stop it. He did everything to block us from getting the Coyotes but once the Atlanta owners made it clear they wanted out, our time finally came. The deal still needs the approval of the Board of Governors which meet on the 21st.

Bettman said we need to sell 13000 season tickets and there needs to be a 3-5 year commitment to show the Board Winnipeg is serious about supporting the team. Approval should be a slam dunk regardless.

 

Check the web site in winnipeg. Building sold out in 17 minutes with 8000 on a waiting list for tickets. Also a 3,4 or 5 year commitment with each ticket. A lot of owners would love that.
