Someone should have bought a ticket to see them. Someone has to pay those million dollar salaries.

I never thought a hockey team in Hotlanta was a good idea. Hockey is boring to me, but I do feel for the fans that followed them. If the Braves ever left Atlanta, I would have to move.

Yeah, They're all but gone. The nit-wit owners have been fighting for 8 years.

Bummer. I liked going, caught the train at North Springs & exited right at the arena.

That's the second hockey team that city has lost... Calgary got the first one. Glad my hometown team is still going strong.. Now, if we can finish off the Bruins i won't have to throw anything else at my t.v..

Go Tampa!!

Well thats what you get when you let a bunch of trust funders own sports teams. I grew up in Seattle and never had a pro hockey team, moved here and became a big fan of the thrashers oh well.
Yeah I used to catch at north springs too. So much easier.

I hope to see them end up in Winnipeg and be name the "Jets" again -- it was a shame for them to lose their team the first time around.....

I hate it but I think they are gone... I am a huge Thrashers fan and went to 4 games last season. Glad I went to that many because it might be the last time I watch a hockey game in Philips Arena.

Hope fulfilled. Winnipeg is the new home of the Thrashers. All signs point to them being renamed the Winnipeg Jets.

Yeah speaking of old hockey, I'd like to see hockey back in Hartford (Whalers) as well, but Greenpeace may not go for it.

Congrats -- it was unconscionable to lose your team to Phoenix in the first place.....

Now if the NHL would do the right thing and put the Wild back into the same division as Chicago and Detroit all will be right with the hockey world.....
