Door Swap- 2007 on to a 1999? PLEASE HELP!

Does anyone know why I wouldn't be able to take doors from a 2007 and put them onto a 1999 (first year of the 4th door)?
Thanks for your input!

that absolutely will not work, unless you paid about $20,000 to a very good body shop, but they would most likely laugh at you

Put the rest of the cab on the 97 frame and you'll be set. Along with front clip and bed. May as well get a new frame too.

well i guess you do since all he did was just ask you a question. and to answer your question it is no. i guess being a wise *** didnt teach you how to take a step back and look at both doors from the side and see they are 2 completely different designs.

4th door as in supercrew? that would be 2001 not 1999.

and completely different body style, possible sure but how much money do you have to accomplish it.
