Looks a bit like what we saw on the Interstate on the way to camping this last weekend. The car was a loser, and the guy driving it (I passed him doing 65) wasn't a whole lot better (or maybe worse). But anyway, he certainly told the world that his car had cojones, even if he didn't!

Yeah man. I know they are illegal but have never heard of someone getting a ticket specifically for them.
