Leave the poor dog out of this! I'm sure he couldn't be as bad (I hope not anyway) as the owners have. It's really hard not to wish bad things on BAD people sometimes, isn't it?

Karma might not happen quick enough for some, or some might not see it at all, but it does work.

 

Well, as I said I was going to do, I tried to resolve this in a professional and amicable manner in which I would still try to please these people by giving them what they want. I went back to the job twice now and addressed their concerns (all of which were a materials issue, materials supplied by them) and took care of everything for them. Didn't do a damn bit of good as I have still not received the final payment for a completed job as stated on our written, signed contract. They have been citing one excuse or another, none of which were on the contract, so they are basically just trying to stiff me out of money due me. I am a very small operation, basically a sole propriety, though I am an LLC, I have no employees, it is just little ol' me so something like this really hurts. I figured I would post some before and after pics here of the job in question as I am very proud of the work I do:

Thanks radar, though it will never fall down, that work is there to stay unless someone comes in and demos it! One thing I forgot to mention in my last post is the fact that I am going to small claims court by weeks end to file a lien against them even though that won't put any money in my pocket any time soon
