B.C. couple shut down B&B after gay rights complaint
Many of the precepts of 'modern psychology' are based on the findings of Sigmund Freud, a sexual deviant.
None of Freud’s theories, whether psychic determinism or psychosexual development or belief in the unconscious, have any scientific validity; in fact, they are religious beliefs.

So because the great Rev Phelps hates gays it is ok for him to protest at military member's funerals as he has in some twisted way determined that our troops support gay lifestyles! Given your logic they are right to trample on the soldier's families rights to remember their loved one in peace because he perceives them as supporting gays.
I venomously disagree with some adult having sex with children as they don't have the capacity to make the decision. Bestiality again doesn't have a willing partner.

But in 20 years, given the slippery slope we are on you may very well be in the minority. What gives you the right or authority to determine what is right for some one else? All the arguements you are making could be used against you in that scenario. You are trying to equate things that are not equal in the name of special rights for a given group of people, where is the consideration for the old couple. In your line of thinking it just isn't there, only the pitch fork and torches approach. Remember you are the one who said that an example should be made of them. Where is the tolerance you speak of for this couple? It isn't there either. Somehow they don't fit your view of what tolerance is, so your answer is burn them at the stake.
Here is a thought, maybe, just maybe they made a mistake and didn't understand what they were opening themselves up to. For this they should be punished? Or how about maybe this gay couple was "shopping" for a law suit (that happens), and where is their tolerence of others?
I guess the point that I'm trying to get you to see is this is just another case of militant gay poor me and you fell for it hook, line, and sinker.

Why should it be interesting? Most children do not develop sexual attractions until the onset of puberty. It is pretty much universally accepted, however, that the mechanisms that influence human sexuality originate prenatally.
Most would be better off talking their problems out with a good friend and going through the natural grieving process plus keeping their money.
If that were the case, don't you think a much higher percentage of people would be gay ?
Think about it.
What makes you think that? According to the Kinsey studies, the sexual orientation of people forms a bell curve along a continuum. 100% heterosexual and homosexual are at the low ends of the curve while in between are various degrees of bisexuality. This is not readily apparent in our society because those who are not at the extreme ends of the continuum, especially the heterosexual end, identify with the extreeme because of social mores. People wantr to thing in terms of black and white--absolutes--when, in fact, humanity is much more accurately described in shades of gray. One's sexual orientation is but a small part of one's total sexuality.
Ahh, but they are accepted in-part. Psychologists bilk people out of millions of dollars/year, only to keep them coming back for more, while giving them a prescription to drugs like prozac that can actually make them worse than when they started the drugs when they stop taking them.

Think about it. If we already know, prenatally, whether we are going to be straight or gay, there would be more than 1% (current accurate rate) of Americans that are gay.
It is a learned behavioral trait. The reason why more people are gay now than 30 or 40 years ago is because kids are now being taught it is ok in the public school system. You even admit that with the "gray" aspect of your theories. There is such a thing as absolute truth.
These cold hard facts utterly destroy Kinsey and Freud's unproven 'theories' on this matter.
