Well after playing it a few hours threw the nite i am not too happy with it. You can tell they have been working on it for 5 years as the graphics arent that good, they look like 5 year old graphics. As far as 1000 cars i sure cant find em. Takes forever to load the tracks. Nascar sucks on it. Overall just a so so game. Forza 3 is much better game in my opinion and im a diehard PS3 fan. Pretty disappointed

I got it yesterday. Im impressed with it, but then again i hardly play any PS3 games anymore. Theres over 1000 cars but im pretty sure you wont see near half of those until you come close to ranking up throughout all the levels. The nascar stuff is a nice touch but a failed attempt at making nascar simulation apart of the game. Lack of damage models surprised me (aside from a little dent damage on some cars). The driving feels realistic, but the physics in some racing is not at all, like when you tap cars on the rear quarter panel they dont lose any control like they would in real life. Still gonna play the game to death and love it, but those are the observations ive noticed so far.

My main gripe is its hard to get the cars that the specific races ask for. Right now im on level 9 and it has a truck race and i cannot find a truck to do the race. Cant find it in used car lot and when i go to the new dealership there is no trucks at all. Just dont think they thought out the game to well.

civilization 5 FTW!
If I had a PS3 and I DIDN'T hate the ps3 controller I would get this.
But the ps3 I did have I hated so bad I sold it two weeks after I got it (was the 80G version) for $200 with 5 games.
