I think I'm going to hold off. I'm a huge fan of CoD, but after watching a lot of videos the game play looks sort of on the arcadish style. Reminds of War Rocks for the PC. Hopefully I will give it time and will be proven wrong, either way I will wait tell I can get a deal on it, I'm sure I will eventually end up with it.

I'm just ready for Battlefield: BC2 Vietnam expansion!

I got the game and if you compare it to MW2 black ops is 2 steps behind...... Zombies is the best part of black ops IMO

I play multiplayer online only, but I will probably play zombies. Is the online play really 2 steps behind MW2? How so? I heard the gameplay is not as realistic as MW2...

 

Its so cartoon like the graphics aint too good, battlefield 2 is a better game than black ops. But I only got the game for zombie mode.

I'm going to buy it with Steam and run it on my PC. Just need to pick up another 5770 soon.

 

The only thing it is behind in is actual graphics. For somereason the guns and stuff just dont look as real in Black Ops.

 

I like it, I got it maxed on my PC and it looks fine to me.

x2 it looks great on my hdtv in 1080p, It is much better than WAW was and is a little better than MW2. This is 3x the game MW2 was, and I had a 1.68 K/D in MW2. Noob Tubes are pretty much a non issue, quick scoping is dead, drop shotting is a disadvantage, commando lunging is gone, painkiller and jugg are gone, it is now about who is a better shot and who can react faster. If you aren't as skilled as the guy you are facing you cant just tube them and be a jack *** anymore. Scavenger doesn't work for tubes or equipment anymore, so no camping behind claymores all game. I give it not one but

 

Oh I didnt know I couldn't pick up extra frags. that sucks, guess I'll get back to light weight and ninja running!
