It's interesting you bring this up. I'm producing a commercial for the Greater Arizona Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with Arizona's state public relations office. The new tag line is this:

From his story that could be argued in court, from his story he was trying to get away the video would show the guy already hitting him and the mom tried to jump in front of the car.

You kno i can say what i woulda done, but i don't see a point. I don't think they could have press charges bc he hit you first and it would've just evened out, might have been a pita tho.
