AK-47's anyone?

So i got myself a birthday present. Ended up spending around 600 bucks for gun and 520 rounds. Its a Romanian AK-47. I just cleaned it up, after pics were taken, and it looks amazing. Planning on putting a couple hundred through it tomorrow. First assault rifle. I really need to stop spending money.

Anyways, i plan on doing a flashlight and a drop handle. Just a good old hunting rifle.

Jealous! I got a fully auto firing pin for the SKS's and had some fun a couple weekends ago. We found a few old tv's, and some cinder blocks and went to town. Have the 32 shot banana clips, and we went through like 1000 rounds in no time . We have a M1A1 carbine too, but it kept jamming so gunna get it looked at.

I would love to have a AK, but I always spend money on my truck. Not to mention I dont really need it, but I am sure a AK would do alot more damage than a SKS.

Its just one of those things you know? I just turned 18. Its an AK! i mean, not the best guns, not accurate, pretty reliable, and just intimidating as HELL.

I have a 357 rossi revolver, remington 22 rifle, a couple 30 30's, and a few shotguns and what not. I really need to stop spending money before i get too low. Tomorrow we are gonna put some rounds down range. Brothers bring over his glock, PPK, remington 870, and his 22rifle. Gonna get some rounds out and have a good time. take some pictures. I am so excited. I have to say i like this more then doing stuff to the Ford. I know it sounds like a sin but, come on, really, an AK47. Heck yes.

Dude.. I am right there with you. And who cares if it is accurate.. just buy a drum clip . Get a auto firing pin and shoot from the hip

I would love a 357 also , but I got me a 9mm luger and its a short barrel . Other than that just a bunch of hunting rifles and some shotguns. Cant get enough of the guns

I agree 100%.

But no this will stay semi auto. I want it to be considered a hunting rifle. Can hunting. Mexicans, Africans, etc... JK. I am very responsible with guns.

And the stock is VERY uncomfortable so i feel like it will be fired with pistol grip a bit. Here is my .357. Its my baby. I feel like my next one will be an AR-15. There was a gun show today and i went. actually didnt buy the gun there but i got the ammo. Should have seen the look on the peoples face when i walked out with an AK, im only 18, i look like a youngin. I thought it was amusing.

Actually here is a picture of my .357 and my brothers S&W 9mm. passed down from my father when he passed.

Nice! I'd save up for a stock if I were you. It'd make shooting that thing much more enjoyable.

I'm actually saving up for an Arsenal AK myself!

Well guys we just got done shooting. Had absolutely no problems whatsoever. Brother shot his brand new PPK, jammed a few times, yes it was oiled, but after the first few clips it shot amazingly. .357 was strong as always. 9mm with the 30 round clips was a load of fun. Lastly, the AK. OMG. The gun was a blast. shot about 300 rounds. Gun is a lot more comfortable then i thought. I figured it would kick a lot and that would hurt my shoulder do to the uncomfortable stock. However, very little kick, and the stock did a great job and, now that i have shot it, is surprisingly comfortable. had three jams do to dud's. other then that, no problems whatsoever. Had a great time. Here are a few pictures. Will have a video up in the next few days.

i will add them as the upload.

brother

myself

the three kids.

Stock looks uncomfortable as he11! I prefer a good solid check weld... But if it works for you, keep it.

It looks like you guys had a good time!

Like the guns, but just be careful. I was taught shooting into water is a no-no. Ricochets, etc.
