It's one of my cheesy dreams to drive the old route 66 route from one end to the other some day. Just one thing...I thought Texas is now Toyota Tundra country???? Honestly it's the last state in the union that I figured would let a foreign company come in and build trucks of all things.

Looks like a landing strip for something, one can only assume at this point.
My old lady has a landing strip also but it's covered by this big azz round hanger..

She was the one taking the pics. She won't let me post any of me and her or just her, says she looks horrible in them.

Great pics! I think that this pic was taken at a little airport just South of the Grand Canyon, Valle. They had a DVD of flying the GC, hope that you got it. I toured much of the same area this April, by plane.
