I'm running Hankook Ventus. They have held up well. I've got about 40K on them and good tread left. The one thing about them is , that they like to go strait. If I wanted a tire to take corners at higher speeds, I would stay way from them. I originally bought them because of the aggressive looking tread pattern, and I do like them. But if I were in the mountains or other twisting roads allot, I would choose a different tire.

The OEM street Hankooks on the 2wd NBS are terrible.

Thanks for that info. The price was right so i pulled the trigger. I was going to go with Toyo Proxes but I didnt want to spend the extra $200. I do mostly city/highway driving so not much if any mountain or twisting roads, so these tires will probably suit me well. Time will tell.

Use to have a 05 Bonneville with Hankooks, and they are a terrible tire. Very poor construction and ride, dry rotted real quick.

Umm... yeah!

My 'Kooks (Dynapro RF08) started cracking and bulging at ~20k! And talk about worn... holy batman!

I got a set of General Grabber AT2's.. and I swear.. they don't rip up a wet lawn, never slid in the winter, and is extemely quiet! I love them tires!

The wear is perfect on them... I thought I had an alignment issue with the 'Kooks.. but it turned out to be the tire.

Plus they make the truck look.. um... beefy! It actually turns me on everytime I look at it...

Did you sheck the manufactur date on them. They could have been old when you bought them. It happens.

Really? Interesting. I had a brand new oem set from my local tire place (they stock them) put on 2 months after I bought my truck in Feb of 09 and man they ride nice, and wear fantastic. The tires had good tread left, but why not start fresh as my dad said? Mine are a high wearing tire. Might be the way I drive/ maintain them, idk. Hankook has been around a long time and is a respected name Matt. I am leaning towards them for when I finally can do my wheels whenever that may be now
