the only reason i wanted Argentina to win was because all the mexicans i know wanted Ghana to beat the US...doesnt quite make sense seeing as they live in the US..

im 3/4 german and i was still wanting the US to make it over germany..oh well....Uruguay will take it no worries

I wasn't pulling for the Spaniards but, I am glad they won on the pitch -- rather than going to kicks. Pretty good final match - very physical.

 

I think diving and complaining about every call no matter if it's for or against your team is a total disgrace to the game. Spain won, but they sure are a bunch of whiney sore losers. One of the worst World Cup finals I have ever watched.

One of the yellow cards given to a Dutch player for tripping the Spaniard was clearly never touched, total dive. No place in the game for theatrics like that.
