You're comparing the border policy of the greatest country in the world to the policies of a socialist regime that still believes in public executions and a pack of savages who are okay with "honor killings" because, for instance, someone's 14 year old daughter didn't want to marry some smelly 40 year old Afghan and the family had to return the 15 camel dowry they got for her.

Who's the moron here?

Jesus Christ, quit believing everything you get in a chain e-mail and think for a second before clicking the "Submit New Thread" or "Submit Reply" buttons.

If you're really down with this, renounce your citizenship, move to North Korea or Afghanistan, and get the fluck out of my country. Let me know how that works out for you, chief.

Ease up guys. Quintin, it appears you misunderstood the point of his post. His post was saying that all those countries have very strict laws if we travel there, why do we not have stricter laws here. That we let illegals run us over. At least that was what I got out of it.

You can't be serious.

If you guys think the ideas and policies of North-freaking-Korea and Afghanistan are good examples for us in the United States of America, I'm just totally speechless. I don't know what to say.

roflmao. OWND

while i do agree that we here in the United States should have Stricter immigration laws, I don't think we need to start shooting people that come here illegally. Just arrest them, and throw them back into mexico. I will say this, last time i was in cali visiting my dad, he took me to a small town where the ENTIRE town had converted ALL of the english signs( including all the road and traffic signs) to spanish. Not going to lie, i was quite pizzed.

I know this country in which i fight for was founded on immigrants from all over the frackin place, but back in the day you had to take a freaking english test to be able to come in. Not saying we need to do that, but we def need to rethink our stance on immigration.

All of this is just politics though. As soon as my current boss's term is up, and I get another one(he as already said he is not running for a second term), the new head hancho will change ***** to how he sees fit, and what his advisors say will make his poll numbers go up..

Everything now a days is Politics..

Your response says much....you still don't understand the meaning and intent of the thread.

I'm also curious as to what makes you so special to tell others to "get the fluck out of my country." And BTW.....collecting public aid doesn't count as public service.

Who here agrees with those policies? All that has been posted, once again, are the consequences of crossing a border illegally in different nations. The original post pretty much shows the opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to punishment, or lack there of, for entering a country illegally.

Maybe I missed where it said that said our policy should be to kill anyone that crosses the American border? Where does it say that America should have the policies of Afghan and North Korea? Maybe your reading into it a little too much....

OK guys, I think everyone's had their say now. I'm closing the thread, since I think Bluejay may be too busy at the moment to monitor it. If he wants to reopen it, that's fine with me. I just get tired of the endless bickering and snide remarks I'm seeing.

There are always two sides to EVERY argument! Grow up and learn how to discuss those points in a mature manner! There's no need for the constant sarcastic putdowns.
