Here's the next PC I'm going to build. It's going to cost around $250.

The only problem I can see with this build is "HEAT"....

You don't say what watts the CM power supply is. I would suggest at least 650 watts unless you go dual (SLI) graphics cards. Then I would suggest at least 850. Also, if you are going to run Win 7 64 bit, I suggest 2 more sticks of that memory.
You might also look at the new Nvidia GTX470 or 480 (more expensive) graphics cards. From the reports I have seen, they are blowing away just about anything ATI has right now.

This is the one I currently have.

He said hes already spending a lot, adding a 470 would add $200. A 5770 will be enough.
I assume you are reusing the case and hard drives. Also we need to know how many watts the CM psu is. If its 550w+ you should be fine.

Heres a 1090T + UD3H combo. Saves $20. Check out the combos before you buy also.

For RAM I would recommend some of these.

How set are you on the 1090T? You could just OC a 1055 and itll save you $100.
Also if you have a Frys near you. Only $265 for a 1055T and a UD3H ($330 on Newegg).

Awesome case. I have one my self and its amazing. Great airflow and cable management is ridiculous. If you dont care about the LED colors the red HAF case is only $140 and has free shipping right now.
You should be fine that that psu, but its kind of borderline.

My I7 has that case. Good BIG case and very quite considering all the fans it has on it. I wish it had more hard drive space though, only 5 slots.

My 750watt power supply just isn't cutting it anymore since I added the two additional WD black 1tb drives. I'm waiting for a deal on a modular 1000w power supply to come along.

I would definitely recommend more than 4 gigs of ram, especially since your running 64 bit os and can take advantage of it. I run 8 gigs in mine and would like to run 10-12. I would say a bare minimum of 6 gigs if money is tight.

What parts did you end up getting? I picked up a 1055T and a Gigabyte 890GPA-UD3H. Sitting at 4.0Ghz at 1.48v.
