trouble sleeping insomnia

Ive tried melatonin, tylonal pm...tylonal pm makes me lethargic the next day, and it is extremely bad for your liver. I found some other information and i like the all natural, side effect free idea better http://bioprin.posterous.com/tag/serenadin i hope you find this helpful, i sure have!

I got some meds today, and got dianoised with a case of insomnia and sleep paralysis. Also a wee bit of anxiety. I got meds, going to try them if they don't work out of me doing somethign different. Im not really a med taker but I got to give it a chance.

Trazodone is the name of it. I think its kinda like a anxiety driven sleeping pill. I really helps relax me though so far.

i read real quick and did not see anything about sleep but it could be the things that are keeping you awake that is the problem.http://www.drugs.com/trazodone.html
keep in mind the side effects. i have been thru a bunch of drugs with the surgery i had and they all scare me now. be careful.

Hmm. most definitly got to becarefull. My new doc is a Army psych so hes gonna throw it on me.

I think this one is good tho, I do have anxiety from various things in my past. Mostly things from the Army and the prison as well. I am a hoarder I keep alot of feelings and things kept away for a rainy day and they have decided to leak through. But im 100% confident I will be over this shortly. Just a bump in the road before I start back to school.
