Deadliest Catch's Capt Phil Harris Dies

Phil Harris Dead

Capt. Phil Harris of the Discovery Channel show "The Deadliest Catch" died Tuesday of complications from a stroke suffered late last month. He was 53.

Its a shame. Only 53 years old. I have to say he lived a crazy life and did some ridiculous stuff. RIP Phil.

Geez, who'd of thought that working all sorts of stupid hours, smoking 27 packs a day and generally treating yourself like crap would lead to health problems and death? Too bad though, he was a real character. I feel sorry for his kids.

As long as Mike Rowe keeps going, the Discovery channel will too.

He had given up smoking due to healteh issues, I believ blood Clots. Seems like they said something about it being genetic.

He was SUPPOSED to give up smoking due to the blood clots that could have killed him earlier in the season. He didnt listen...
