What is wrong with people?
That's like saying you're the smartest contestant in the special olympics... you're still retarded.
A 6', 200lbs guy would seriously wreck a 5'3 130 pounder, even if the little guy had a knife. He wouldn't need to take the knife, just land one good blow and the little guy would be down, if not out. Besides, sitting in your drivers seat doesn't exactly give you the leverage and movement needed to properly use a knife anyways. In the OPs situation, since CCW isn't allowed, I'd invest in some of the strongest mace available and maybe a stun gun if you're allowed to carry those up there.
As for me, I'm only 5'7, 160, which is why I carry my 9mm XD(m).

Someone with some common sense! Using a knife would be a great way to get this guy hurt worse or maybe killed. Like i said, I'm 6'7" 220#, I have a hard time accepting his ideas about self defense. If i were fighting him, i'd give him a flippin knife, it aint going to help him much, thats why i said it was stupid/bad advice. I agree 100% with you. He needs a damn can of mace, not a knife.
I think it's funny how high schoolers always say they're mature for there age!
WTF cares!?
well here's one thing I consider a main problem today.
You need a gun because there is too many loonies between your house and wherever your going.
But company policies, like my work, will result in you being fired for having a weapon in your car on company property. how's that fair that i have to drive unprotected to work 20 miles?

Here, that and a flashlight in the truck at night can get you arrested for poaching.
If that wouldve happened to me the first punch he threw he would be looking at my .40 with 15 rounds loaded in the clip, thats what i love about texas you can carry a conceled gun in your vehicle at all times.
i agree. someone would have alittle lead poisoning
If I didn't have the salt spreader on the abck of my truck I would've stood on my brakes when he started chasing me and let his car eat the receiver hitch on the back of the truck. With the salter though it wouldn''t have worked. The other reason I was not so willing to let him hit the back was my truck only has one gas tank and it's mounter behind the rear axle. If that gets hit the truck is done for and then I'm really screwed.
If I had been driving my F150 there was no way he would've gotten into the cab and even if he had I wouldn't even have hesitated to let him ram the back.
As for everybody who said I should carry a knife, if I had pulled a knife I have no doubt this guy would've pulled a gun on me. I was able to hold him back and kick his stomach a few times until I got into gear. If Wisconsin allowed CCW I would've been applying the next day.
no it will not. it is perfectly legal to have a loaded long gun in your vehicle. whether or not you have a flashlight has nothing to do with it. just because i have some gasoline and a lighter in my truck doesnt mean im going out to burn a house down.
man thats scary! my mma instructor always said when he would have that happen to him as soon as the person would get out his car he would get out and just try to calm the guy down, and to make sure that he could get something solid, such as his own car or utility pole between him and the other driver's car because a moving vehicle is one dangerous weapon. and if the guy wouldn't calm down he would just beat the **** out of him lol. but whenver i have someone ridin my ***, especially down main street, i will drive at about 25 on a 35 and when i come to my turn i start to brake a block before it and take forever to turn, but after readin this i'm not sure that is such a good idea.
"where are you guys heading too"
"washington d.c. Why was i pulled over?"
"sir, what are you doin with 500 lbs of c4, blueprints for the whitehouse, and submachine guns?"
"well officer, me and my buds here were gonna go help out some friends with some light demolition work, and the blueprints are for my architectual class, and after the demolition work we were gonna go hit the fire range up"
"well, have a nice day!"
