I used Oakleys years ago. I had several pairs. I had a pair of Frogs that I left in the truck. The lenses began to have an spotted oily look on them. No amount of cleaning would get it off. I sent them back to Oakley for a replacement pair. Oakley called and asked if I was leaving them in a hot car in the sun? I said, "Of course, they're the ones I use for driving".

They refused to replace them saying they should never have been left in the sun in a vehicle. Sunglasses that SHOULDN'T be left in the sun?

I buy cheap now and toss them when they get old or crappy looking.

I have Oakley Jackknife prescription glasses. They're good, strong and lightweight.

But for sunglasses, I have two words– Maui Jim.

I have owned 2 pair of Juliets so far with this one being the newest pair:

And I lost this pair in the ocean in Key West:

They both are polarized. I WILL NOT buy another pair of sunglasses that are not polarized.

got a pair when i was 15 and life guarding and i havent looked back. ive had 2 pairs of half jackets, (one i lost and the other i still have) a pair of bottlecaps and my newest are my matte black gascans. all are polarized cuz its not worth getting them if they arent. they are expensive but they last.

on the bro movement, it pretty obvious to spot a dude bro when you see white sunglasses. some people can pull them off without looking like a tool but most cant.

on your clear ones dillon i think youll be fine. the emerald iridium and ice iridium are my two favorite lens colors, my buddy had the emerald on a pair of juliets

Absolutely...white sunglasses should NOT be worn by men...ever. Same goes for white belts and white flip flops...

When I shell out the dough for a good pair of sunglasses, something happens to then in a very short period of time.
I can buy a cheap pair, and they last me forever. But X2 on the polarized

They look cool in the pic. Like some have said a little pricey but much cheaper then what oakley wants...so good buy there. I've tried a pair of oakleys and dont see what all the hype is...my $5 Puma Sunglass' I got at the flea Market work just as good as my buddies $220 polarized, name etched in the glass flimsy metal frame oakleys. I must say the ones you purchased are by far the best looking thing oakley has, the majority of there stuff looks to small for a grown man.

I have had the oakley half jackets for 5 years now and there really beat up, but I guess thats what happens when you work landscaping and do weed whacking in them but there the best glasses hands down I still wear them.. you pay for what you get with oakley. Even though they cost about $200 bucks for the polarized its worth it cause as long as you dont loose them there going to last, thats why I bought some new flak jackets and love them.
