I would love to see those pansy gators play a real non conference schedule like the rest of the powerhouses do. When was the last time Florida came to the horseshoe or the rose bowl or Autzen and played a road game? Thats right, they dont. Common florida, get with the program.
PS...Hell yeah Maize and Blue. Someone get Lou Holtz a bib...

UF plays in arguably the toughest conference in College ball. Last time i checked last time they played "powerhouse" teams from out west, they pretty much dominated them. Quit hating because your team isn't as good as UF!
Go Gators!
Found this on Espn's website:
"In the football part of football, the Pac-10 matches the SEC. Again: Oh, there will be excuses about why Tennessee lost AT HOME to UCLA and couldn't exact revenge for the loss in the Rose Bowl last year. But how much more basic football do you need than a fourth-down stop on the goal line? No matter what happens with Arizona State's visit to Georgia, the Bruins' victory, paired with Washington's 478 yards of offense in a close loss to LSU, not to mention the Pac-10's 11-8 record vs. the SEC since 2000, stands as tangible evidence of the relative parity between the conferences. All else is hot air."
its not as one-sided as all the SEC homers suggest
Just to fuel some controversy on the whole SEC/Pac 10 debate:

Top to bottom the Pac-10 is no match for the SEC.
Oh and by the way, Pac 10 only gets 3 non conference games unlike everyone elses 4. Thats one less cupcake.
Haha...no. There are 4 maybe 5 good teams in that conference, with the only standouts this season being Florida and Bama (who florida doesnt even play.). Your hardest game is at LSU. Georgia is garbage compared to last year without Knowshon and Stafford. And look at your non conference games...Florida State (only cuz its an instate rival) and then youve got Charleston Southern (never even heard of em before saturday), Troy, and Florida International? All at home? Jesus...no wonder everyone thinks you'll go undefeated! At least teams like Oklahoma and USC and Ohio State and Georgia have the ***** to schedule real games in their non conference schedule.

Florida will play Bama this year, in the SEC Championship game, which they don't even have in the Pac 10.
One less cupcake? Washington didn't win a single game all last year. I guess they don't qualify as a cupcake though.
You tell em Sundevil.
The Pac doesn't have a conference championship because we already play every team in the conference. Good point about Washington though, they were awful last year. The difference there is that they are still a big program that has actually had success in the past, unlike Florida International or Charleston Southern.
