*Sirius Now $14+ a month!?

Ive been suscribed with Sirius for almost 3 years now and I just so happen to check my bank withdrawls today and noticed Sirius is now charging 14+plus a month now for monthly satellite radio suscribtions.. WTF? Its regularly like 12+ but they sneak in this 1.98 without tellin anybody.. I could kinda deal with 12 but 14 bucks for radio a month is ****in retarded. **** Sirius I told the guy I was goin to cancel and he didnt care, they should.. people are not goin to pay that forever, only reason I got it was for my job had me on the road 8hrs a day 5 days a week I no longer use it that much ... What a joke.

I haven't used anything like that in a while...

I have a USB Flash drive hooked up to mine. Holds a ****ton of music and I can change it in 5 minutes on my laptop if I want to

Im thinking about upgrading to the HD radio. The reception is pretty good in my area and it sounds WaY better then regular FM.

Yeah, since I just got my truck Ive been using my Zune MP3 player hooked up to the aux input jack, so I really hardly ever use the sat radio now, to me that is just freakin rediculous to pay for extra radio channels, seriously.

I dropped mine after the free 6 months. Not worth the price. I get so much more out of my mp3 player.

Just make sure you pay attention to when your 1 year is up. They will automatically renew your subscription and take the payment automatically from your CC that you used when you signed up. FWIW, I have had Sirius since 2005 and have gotten a lot of use out of Sirius between my online radio listening, my boom-box that I take every where, and my car\truck. I cannot stand listening to talk shows, commercials, and DJ's... ever. It's well worth the cash for me. This just reminds of when people biched about paying for television ie: cable. Same concept, nothing is free anymore, right?

They sent out letters and emails which explained it all. It still sucks but they did tell you.

Use the free radio if you don't like paying for Sirius.
