Nivea burning on da shower floor..whooa!

Whats up fellas, don't know about yall but I have sensitive facial skin. I can burn up my face with a razor don't matter what kind or what type cream.

I seen this ****on tv called Nivea 3 in 1 gel. Got the shampoo, body wash, shaving cream all in one. So I figured wat the hey in the shower usually things are nice and soft so shaving there might work. I do the little thing with the gel throw it on the ole face and shave her down. Feels like im using a meat cleaver, the shaving cream part, maybe I did it wrong but it didn't work for me.

So I continue with ole bar soap for the xx parts and use the Nivea on my hair, rest of my face and neck. Right after getting out of the shower I noticed my shaved area burning pretty good, I though yep no comfort there. Sure enough by the time I dried my **** off my entire head was burning like fire. I went to the other bathroom to see my entire head red as an firetruck. I grabbed my cell and took some myspace pics of the issue. I emailed Nivea about the situation, told them I have pictures to back up my story.

Anyone else tried it yet? I do like the simplicity of shaving in the shower makes it nice plus its quick.

Get a good razor, and just always shave in the shower. Your face will get used to it.

For the nivea crap. Who knows? Give it to your buddy.

I too got the sensitive skin. I use a 2 blade razor and an anti-fog mirror in the shower. Massage the cream in for a minute or two before you start. Then I follow up with a nivea lotion after I dry off.

I shave dry, with an old rusty Bowie knife. I follow with pure grain alcohol as aftershave... for a nice warming sensation. Quit being a Nancy-boy.

What a waste of pure grain alcohol! It belongs in a glass that you are drinking from. Personally, I use King Ranch Leather Conditioner as an aftershave. Gives my face the nice "cowhide" feel.
