The whole country is now E10 for the most part. They used it to replace the MTBE that was poisoning the water table.

I don't think this is the case. According to my window sticker, my 07 is not a flex fuel motor. When one searches for engine parts on a reputable site such as Rock Auto, you will be asked which 5.4L you have.
