I stood in line at Best Buy this morning (12AM) with a whole 12 other people to get it, but had to go to work at 5 this morning so no play time in yet.

Who else snagged a copy, or plans on it?

 

I may get it eventually. Im still hacking away at Black Ops and Halo Reach.

 

My roomate went and bought it last night. I watched him play and it looked pretty awesome. He said it's the best one yet.

 

I picked up a used copy of Resistance 2 on Saturday, and I'm going to take it back today and put that money towards Gears. Looks pretty cool from what I've seen.

 

Finally jumped into it for about a half hour last night...and I think it's the best of the trilogy, graphics and storywise. Everything seems to be tying together nicely.

 

It's a pretty sweet game I think I beat it somewhere around two week's ago. Definitely one of the best campaigns of the trilogy and horde mode is just awesome. Now just comes the decision of do I wanna buy it so I can play it on xbox live haha.

 

Kind of off topic but did you guys see the bike that Paul Jr did for the game? Its actually a trike but it is pretty bad ***...

I guess this bike is for show only because having the exhaust exit in front of the rider doesn't seem like a good idea but pretty cool otherwise.

 

On the show they actually tested it on the road. I was surprised because between the forward exhaust and the cable-actuated steering (the scariest part to me), I didn't expect them to do anything but a parking lot test.

That really was a cool build. A lot of imagination went into it. I think JR has absolutely proven himself with that one. I was getting tired of all the drama on the show (and all the stupid corporate bikes), but that build got my interest back.
