Ok, who did it?
I'm kind of interested too. I mean, we've all seen a truck back down the ramp, get stuck, maybe slide in a bit -- even seen pics of the truck all the way in the water with the trailer (didn't put it in park or inexperience) but, this guy is absolutely backwards?
If I was a betting man, I'd say he was parking to prep the boat to go down the ramp and was facing towards the water. He hopped out without putting it in park...

Wait guys. I call bs on this. First off, the truck is nearly submerged. The guys are at the back of the boat and trailer. Now someone would have had to put the truck in the water and stop it by putting it in park. I scoured the cab and there is no one in there. So tell me this. How on Earth could a person push a door open in water that is half submerged. That is so hard to do and cab would be flooding. The guys would not be working on the trailer/boat like that if it was pulled in and also as someone pointed out, the truck and trailer are lined up perfectly in a straight line. I say PS. And this just may be me, but the white in front of the F-150 looks fake, it could we a water effect but the white almost looks like someone tried to ps part of a hood in the picture but it is too high up when the truck is supposed to be tipped forward on the ramp.
If it's PS'd, it was done very well. Notice the reflections in the water?
I kind of go with RockPick's hypothesis. Most people don't use their parking brake. If you DO put it in Park, perhaps leaving the engine running, it would be pretty easy for it to slip out of Park, and reverse gear at idle wouldn't have much effect on that incline.
And, if the door were open (when the guy hopped out), the water would force it shut as it went in.
If the windows were open, just a bit, there'd be no trouble opening the door after being submerged either.
The only thing that doesn't look right to me is, "Where's the crowd?" It either just happened, or, it WAS staged.

The guy probably thought he could drive to the bottom of the ramp, make a quick u-turn, and then have a short back into the water. When he turned the wheel to make the turn, nothing happened and he slid in.

Maybe they were going fishing in the truck and didnt want to get the boat wet
