Basically too many chiefs and not enough Indians. And whats really funny is the 2 main people that think they are in charge when the main manager isn't there make less on the hour than i do. I am the highest paid non-manager employee. So whats that tell you? Its just absolutely frustrating how things go down when she isn't working. I'm going to say something tonight to her and see if something can be done. Its BS that my co-workers will not respect the other manager because he isn't a inforcer. He is a quiet guy and knows what needs to be done, all around good worker but he isn't as strict asw the main one so everyone thinks they can get away with whatever they want and it'll be alright. Fact is it won't be alright because more times than not it forces more work upon me, which is not fair considering i'm one of the hardest workers there. I don't wanna rat someone out but if thats what it takes to make the work environment better then thats how its going to have to be.
Everybody wants to be in charge until they have to take responsibility for the things that go wrong. I have a few people that I need to keep in line and oversee. Sometimes it's a relief when my boss is on a job as it takes some of the stress and pressure off of me. But then again, him being on the job creates a completely different kind of stress as me and him don't always jive and I sometimes want to inflict bodily harm on him.

See i love it when she is there. I absolutely love working when she is there. Because i can sit back and shoot the **** with her and joke around and it all be good. I would consider us pretty good co worker type of friends. I've only talked to her a hand full of times outside of work. I get along with her real well. But when i was mowing our 2 1/2 acre yard today (about an hour and 15mins of thinking) I was thinking of what to say to her. Then i taught well if i was owner who would i fire and I could think of about a hand full of people that i would fire/set them into their place. I mean for example i was telling the waitress that we were out of white chicken so no more orders for white meat. One popped off and said well we close in 5 minutes. I was like betch look here i don't care if we close in 5 mins were still out of white chicken. There could be 100 people walk in in 5 mins time. Were still out of white meat. I didn't say it but i thought it. Its like where do people get off thinking they are boss? WTF only 4 people are managers so why does everyone think because the main one ain't there they are in charge. I've been there 4 years almost(this dec.) and i've done every job besides waitress and grill(but i know most of grill just from observing) and i still don't tell anyone how to do their job. I get frustrated many of times but i still don't tell them to do something. Thats not my job. That's the managers job. I'm paid to cook, that's it not tell someone what to do and when to do it. She didn't work tonight but wednesday i'm sure she works and i'm going to tell her straight up i need to talk to her sometime in private, i don't care if other managers are there but i need to talk to her and tell her what goes on but keep my name out of it. I don't want to be a rat but i was so pissed leaving work sunday i chirped the tires on my truck. I never do that sort of stuff. My MT's are 2 years old now and they look brand new. I never abuse my truck just for the heck if it.

The society of people is going down the drain. Most people don't know manners anymore. If i ever win the lottery i'm buying an island and only the "good" people are allowed. 2012 is coming up and who knows maybe another Noah's arc is coming upon us. Hopefully i'm one of the few who survives 2012 if something major was to happen. I mean in life all i want is 3 things: A wife I love, healthy childeren, and happiness. I could care less if i lived on the streets in a cardboard box, as long as i have a wife i love, healthy children, and HAPPINESS i'll be alright!

There have been alot of good things said in this post, unfortunately, they are all about the "Bad" that is happening in our society now. Even this F150 Online Forum is getting to be pretty "vicious" at times! If someone says something, or asks a question that others think is "stupid" or whatever, they open up on them, and if your truck isn't like what "they" like, you should do this or that and get rid of that, etc. It's a free country, (at least for a while), and everyone is entitled to their opinion, but why does everybody have to speak "Down" to everyone else, and "Put them in their place"? To some, it makes them feel more in control, or more powerful, I guess, but it is getting out of hand in all of society, and the only thing that can be done about it is "Us"...we have to show some compassion and respect to others.

Exactly, I've seen this going on here and its aggrivating. I see it all the time. "It's not [I]my[I] taste, but it's your money". Or cheap shots or name calling and people are too dense to see that you can't tell if someone is kiddingmon the internet as well as in person. People need to grow up and learn some manners. I'm tired of people saying how nice thier parents are and then if you don't have something that they need where I work, they jump on you and make it my problem. I could go on all day, but I am going to save myself the agrivation.
