Regardless of whats happened in his later life, the guy changed music forever. I think a little less joking about someone who dies who had such a profound effect on something so big would be more appropriate.

On top of that, nothing was ever proven about him being a child molester. He was an odd guy, but I'd think someone in the limelight to the extent he was, if he had molested, we would've known for sure... not a few people that come out and say it happened.

x2

His yearly years were very good. But somewhere along the line he made a wrong turn and went off the deep end. Regardless he was too young.

RIP

He had talent---great amount of talent---then he got really, really weird. "Beat IT!" and others were big hits...and then he went off the deep end. Remember him holding his baby son over the railing of the balcony? wow...

Yes... there is always one who remembers that he was acquitted of all charges. Now start your post about how OJ was found innocent too or something similar.

Like I said, the guy was odd, no doubt... even if it was swept under the rug, lets say your father molested people... I still wouldn't laugh at him when he dies/died. (Nothing personal here buck, just using it as a comparison).

The world is a better place because of him, however, the world is probably a better place without him. He was a psycho who molested children and almost dropped his own son from a balcony. The guy had problems.
