So yesterday I went to Alltel and got a new phone (some Samsung flip phone) and got added to my sisters family plan (500 mins and unlim. texting). Well for some reason my phone keep vibrating (incoming text) from 502 saying "recipient has incomplete funds to recieve message" but the people I text are on a unlimited plan like me. Not to mention its going off ever 5-10 seconds. Its soo friggin annoying. I've pressed the cancel button almost 6 times now since I started typing. Should I call Alltel or is there a way to block "502"?

With the phone still 'on', remove the battery for a few seconds, then replace it. May help and won't take but a few seconds of your time and it won't hurt anything.

 

Sounds like you sent a message to a prepay customer and they dont have any moneys. Its probably in the system so I doube resetting your phone will work. However, take out your battery and press the power button. It will make sure all power is out of the phone.

you will need to go into your mail outgoing and delete message that your sent or it will keep trying to send it.
