My wife bought it. Neither one of us are in bad shape, but just want to get cut up. She got a lot stronger from it. We havent done it for a while. Most of its just basic stuff though, that you could just research if you didnt want to drop the dough on the program. Its all about muscle confusion, but it works good.

Enough said.
Been doing this for awhile. Talk about intense. This last week and a half has been miserable. Luckily today was a little easy. Haven't checked yet to see what tomorrow holds, but I doubt it will be easy. Also, if you find Crossfit to not be enough endurance for you, go to crossfitendurance.com and add their workouts to your WODs. Oh yea, and it is free. Can't beat that.

Well, just went and checked tomorrows WOD:
For time:
Run 800 meters
40 L pull-ups
Run 800 meters
40 Strict pull-ups
Run 800 meters
40 Kipping pull-ups

Woohoo. I knew I shouldn't of took advantage of today's easy WOD and do weighted pull ups and some rows. Tomorrow is gonna be fun. Estimated my time to be 4 hours. Well, whatever my time is, it is gonna be a PR since this is my first time doing this WOD. At least I can say that.

No way man, you can do that in faster than 4 hours. How many pullups can you do in a single set?

I was just kidding about the 4 hours. Not sure how many pull ups per set today since I've done pull-ups three days in a row now. WIth weighted pullups yesterday. I'll post my time once I get home.
