p90x

Has anyone here done this or tried it out? How did it go if you did? I'm looking at trying it out and was just looking for some insightful info or tips. I'm not fat or anything (5'10 and about 155) but i feel like I'm out of shape. Any info you guys got will be appreciated.

Funny, I see the p90x infomercial almost every morning while I'm at the gym working out in the cardio room. I find it interesting that their target population seems to be people that are not in that bad of shape, but just want to tone up. Good luck with it if you try it out, I would be slightly curious to hear if it actually works as well.

i bought it and have not used it yet, but i am also a member of a sports forum where a ton of men and women use p90x and swear by it.. its is also supposedly the choice of numerous off season pro athletes..

and ChrisT is somewhat correct depending on you athletic ability, it is a tough program and more suited to someone in fair shape and not obese..but obese people have had results as well..

just go to youtube and type in p90x and hundreds if not thousands have progress videos..

the only reason i have not started is i do not like fish, and the diet book like most has numerous fish meals lol

Start running daily, hitting the gym every other day, and build a proper diet and STICK TO IT. You'll be amazed at what a difference it can make.

I know two people that have used it and both have seen great results. It should do just what you want.
