Just be glad you don't live back in the day. Was shooting the s*** with an old retired LEO today. We got on the subject of all this stuff, and he was telling me stories from back in the day.
If you shot a cop, he said, you were going to get shot. No jail for you, just a dirt hole.
You disrespected a cop in your crime, you were took out into an alley and had the crap kicked out of you, then left there to live with your decision. No jail, just a beating.
Man, he had some great stories, all of which would make some of you cry, just like you are now. Stories of criminals flying off roof tops. Flying through 3rd story windows. Beat downs, etc...........
That POS gang banger deserved what he got, and deserves more. He isn't some little kid who just stole a candy bar. He is a ********** POS, low life, gang banger who ran from the police, and drove like a maniac, indangering lifes of tons of innocent people. He has probably commited more crimes then the people in this thread combined.
All this crying is just going to **** off cops, making them either not want to do their job, or make them go easier on criminals. THen when the crime goes up b/c cops are just sitting around, not wanting to even look at a crimianl due to fear of getting in trouble. The same babies that are crying now, are going to be crying about all the crime, and the cops not being firm enough.
These are the same people that blame guns for murders, and get all these stupid guns laws made.

If it bothers you so bad, go put on a uniform and get to work solving all the crimes without getting a little dirty. Let us know how it goes If you are just one of those people that like to complain about stuff b/c your life is boring, go join a tundra forum and cry there.

This is to all the LEOs out there that go to work, and risk their lifes everyday, protecting out daily lifes. Doing what needs to be done to ensure our safety. Keep up the good work, you will always have my support.

 

Ok granted it was a mistake, but he should be held accountable for his actions just like you or I..

I could be in a bar and decide to kick someone in the head or give them a punch.. It was a mistake but yet I will still get charged with assault, but it was just a mistake...

The LEOs were different then, than they are today.. Now they try to be a bunch of hard asses who live above the law and just get high on bossing people around.. And this is just my opinion..i havent even watched the video from the thread so i have no idea what everyones talking about.

A cop denied my friend handshake after a busted party, he had done nothing wrong, nor was he being a smart ***. Hes too cool in his badge and gun to be a normal human being. and for the record i know a handful of down to earth cops who dont act this way at all... and ive told them my opinion of the general police and they had no problem with it.

 

I do see your point when piece's of crap like this do this stuff. But no matter what we do we still have CIVIL RIGHTS... I'm not siding on this guys side, but I'm just saying when cops fly off the handle like this it makes good cops look bad also.. There are cops out there that do there job well and do make a difference, but when you see stuff like this repeatedly in the news it will make them all look bad...
