You don't have to include this incident, I already saw the douchebag get kicked in the head after a car chase that damaged someone elses property. At least it wasn't a life right!

Hopefully if we get enough people that hate cops, we can get rid of the position. That's the world I wan't to live in. It's really smart actually. If there is no more cops, there shouldn't be any high speed cop chases! Why hasn't anyone thought of this sooner!
I didnt watch the video..so im not sure what happened.. but how about telling all the drunk kids to drive home from a party..then pulling them over and handing out DUI's?

for the record, i didnt receive a ticket because i stayed. Second of all thats entrapment technically which is illegal too.

Im not gonna argue, I dont like cops because my experiences lead me to have the notion that they are out to get you instead of protect you.

Maybe you need to be protected from yourself...it sounds like what you did was wrong, and yo get PO'd that the cops seem to know what you are doing is wrong...

Maybe you need glasses, or maybe you need to learn to read. I have never been in trouble with the cops

Maybe you need to learn about the word, "IMPLY"---the implication is this---you may never have BEEN IN TROUBLE---but you certainly SEEM TO BE AROUND IT.

I can read just fine, thank you.

It looked to me like he kicked the suspect to see if he was still alive. Watch the video again. Does the other cop that comes in second start jabbing the guy in the side with his baton?

hmm "it sounds like what you did was wrong"... That doesnt seem like youre implying anything, rather reinforcing the idea that you cant read and comprehend.

I'm not sure why I feel compelled to comment on this topic, but it is a free country.....

Who exercised poorer judgement? They both were wrong in what they did.

In the real world, which of the two is most likely to cause YOU harm?

I'm not someone who is going to excuse the actions of a police officer. I'm also not someone who is going to defend a criminal because an officer has exercised poor judgement.

I've never walked in the shoes of either a police officer or a criminal. I respect the position of one, but not the other.

They protect me because they are, "out to get" people who break the law.

i agree with you and nobody knows what the suspect was saying to the cop, he could've been threatening him

IMO, the cop should've kicked him in the nuts also. You run from the cops because you're guilty. If you did nothing wrong, why run? Sure let's give this guy our sympathy because he's running rampid on the streets flashing gang signs driving on sidewalks and endangering the lives of lawful citizens. If you don't want to be subjected to police brutality, don't commit any crimes and then run from the cops. Maybe other criminals will see this and think twice about breaking the law, wouldn't that suck.

Cops get a bad rap all the time, sometimes they deserve it, sometimes they don't. But, I'll take the good with the bad because they're the ones who are gonna take the bullet, not me. I'd take a look a look at this guy's record before passing judgement on Johnny Law.

so they protect you from things such as dark tint, underage alcohol consumption, marijuana smokers, minor "speeders", stop sign rollers? Hell, i have more of a chance of getting away with murder than i do rolling a stop sign

And P.S. i have never been arrested/caused an accident/been written a ticket..so don't judge me
